The perfect balance between mellow and elegant.

A blend of traditional white shochu spirits and barrel-aged unblended sake. Due to color regulations for authentic shochu, it is not possible to commercialize it with a barrel color any higher than this, but coincidentally, we believe that this limit is the perfect balance to express the best. We captured the characteristics of each individual sake and put life into the blend.

Features

As if many stars are playing

This is an exquisitely balanced blend of 15 to 19 years of sherry barrel aging, 10 years of normal pressure tank aging, and 7 years of vacuum tank aging.

aroma/taste

Mellow and elegant. Everything plays together precisely.

Flavors of vanilla, blonde chocolate, and cinnamon
Although it has a rich woody taste, it has a soft texture that spreads throughout the tongue. Subtle taste of raisins and dried fruits.

manufacturing

1. Guaranteed long-term barrel-aged whiskey

We use three unseasoned spirits aged for 19, 17, and 15 years in unseasoned solera sherry casks. Even though they are all made from the same sherry barrel, the flavors are vastly different. The vanilla, blonde chocolate, raisin, and dried fruit flavors of Kirausei come from this barrel aging.

2. Vacuum aged sake is a beautiful foundation

Using a manufacturing method called vacuum aging, it was aged in enamel tanks for 7 years.
The addition of this unblended sake acts like a wheel and smooths out the flavor. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the foundation of the sparkling star.
Grain is just as important as malt in blended whisky, and it is also an indispensable part of this sparkling star.

3. Blending determines the entire taste

No matter how many high-quality unblended sakes are lined up, if the blending is not good, you will not be able to enjoy the best experience.
We identified the aging methods (barrels/tanks), distillation methods (normal pressure/decompression), and the characteristics of each of the five different types of whiskey, and through trial and error, we arrived at the best blend to ensure that everything is brought to life with precision.
